Agent Assist is an innovative tool designed to provide real-time support and guidance to contact centre agents during customer interactions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and speech and text analytics

Payment Platform

The core platform streamlines the payout process for Class Action Lawsuits (CAL) on behalf of law firms. The end-to-end customer journey enables Shieldpay to collect and verify personal, business and banking details of customers before making a payout to the eligible customers.

Claims Upload

The innovative Image Upload solution revolutionised the claims evidence collection and assessment process by empowering policyholders to self-serve by uploading images of damages, documents, and other relevant materials directly to the Claims Centre.
